Return/Refund Policy

If you come across an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item please contact us by email.

We can be contacted by email at contact@thetirewire.ca and we will help find a resolution that best fits you. Customer service will provide you with a return invoice/authorization number from your receipt and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Please follow the return checklist to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Return for Refund or Exchange

All returns are subject to inspection by The Tire Wire returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.

Orders that are picked up at our distribution center are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day they are picked up. After that time, orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. Please email contact@thetirewire.ca to make arrangements.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred. (Credit provided for tires only, not for shipping costs)

Return Checklist

Email customer service at contact@thetirewire.ca for a return invoice/ authorization number from your receipt.

Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, please ship tires individually. Please do not tape together.)

Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and The Tire Wire’s address.

Packing slip with return invoice/ authorization number from your receipt should be taped securely on the tires.
